Deposit Agreement.
I come into an agreement that by paying the said deposit that I have contracted the services of
Z-Z The Clown And Company.
The deposit will assure the time and date of the package that I have selected with the management of
Z-Z The Clown And Company.
This deposit will be applied towards the balance of the package selected. In the event that I need to cancel the confirmed date and time slot of such package and or move the package to a different date for any reason,
I will forfeit the deposit
Should I need to move the date, I will be required to leave an additional new deposit for the confirmed date of the new package time slot. This deposit will be applied towards the balance of the package selected ,
however the forfeit deposit will NOT.
Please make sure that you set your date and time of your party to coordinate with the entertainment that you may have had selected.
